High Flying Foods’ own Glenn and Garrett Meyers bring their acclaimed, family-owned and operated Firewood Café to the airport, offering unique California/Mediterranean cuisine using local, farm-fresh ingredients. Firewood has raised the bar on fast-casual dining, using its open-kitchen design as theater to showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and made-from-scratch cuisine. Handmade, artisan pizzas are made to order, rolled out fresh by hand, and baked to perfection in signature brick ovens. Pastas are handmade fresh every day, including Firewood’s signature tortellini, created from a Meyers family recipe passed down for generations.
